installation

a. Installation Steps (Bolted Type):

1. Position the conductor into the clamp groove.
2. Place the keeper (top part) and insert bolts.
3. Tighten bolts uniformly to specified torque.
4. Connect the clamp to the insulator string using appropriate hardware.

b. Installation Steps (Compression Type):

1. Insert conductor into the compression sleeve.
2. Use a hydraulic press with the right die to crimp as per manufacturer's sequence.
3. Markings on the clamp body guide correct crimping zones.
4. Finish with sealing and anti-corrosion application.

c. Installation for Preformed (Helical) Type:

1. Wrap the inner rods on the conductor per manufacturer's instructions.
2. Align and wrap outer rods or fittings.
3. Check alignment and secure dead end on pole or tower eye.
