1. Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS)

1. The UTS is the maximum axial load the insulator can withstand without cracking or failure.

2. Typically made from porcelain or polymer composites, with high mechanical integrity.

1. SWL is typically 1/3rd to 1/4th of UTS, ensuring structural reliability under real-world conditions.

3. Conductor Diameter Compatibility
